OkConverter is an independently built collection of free, in-browser file tools. There is no support form and no ticket queue — email reaches a person directly.
We read everything, though replies are not guaranteed and can take several days — this is a small project, not a staffed support desk.
What to write about
A tool gave the wrong result, or failed
Easily the most useful thing you can send. Tell us which tool, which browser and version, and what the input file was — its format, rough size, and where it came from if that's relevant (a phone camera, a scanner, an export from some other app). If the browser showed an error message, quote it exactly.
A format or tool is missing
Say which conversion you were looking for and what you were trying to accomplish. Requests that describe the actual task, not just the file extensions, are the ones that get built first.
Privacy questions
Every conversion on this site runs inside your own browser and no file you pick is ever uploaded. If something on the site appears to contradict that, we want to know immediately — treat it as a bug report and mark it urgent.
Licensing, takedown, or press
Include enough detail to identify the specific page or asset in question, and a way to reach you for follow-up.
Please don't send us your files
It's the one thing we'd rather not receive. Your files never leave your device when you use the site, and emailing one to us would undo exactly the property that makes these tools worth using. A description of the file — its format, size, and how it was produced — is almost always enough to reproduce a problem. If it truly isn't, we'll ask.
