The service
OkConverter provides free file-conversion tools that run in your web browser. The tools are provided for your convenience and may be added to, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the files you convert and for ensuring you have the right to use them. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that conversions will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted. Always keep a backup of your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OkConverter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Advertising
The Service may display ads served by third-party providers, including Google AdSense, if you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. Intellectual property
The OkConverter name, site design, and content are owned by OkConverter. The files you convert remain entirely yours; we claim no rights over them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
