What resolution are the JPGs?+
Pages render at 2× the PDF’s native 72-dpi scale (roughly 144 dpi), which is sharp for on-screen viewing and most printing. Larger page sizes produce proportionally larger images.
What if my PDF has multiple pages?+
Every page is rendered and bundled into a ZIP file, named page-01.jpg, page-02.jpg, and so on, in document order.
Can it convert password-protected PDFs?+
No — password-protected PDFs can’t be rendered without the password. Remove the password with your PDF viewer first, then convert.
Is my document uploaded to a server?+
No. Rendering runs entirely in your browser via pdf.js. That matters for PDFs — they’re often contracts, statements, or other sensitive documents.
