What size is the PDF page?+
Exactly the image’s pixel dimensions, at 72 points per inch so pixels map one-to-one to points. No white margins and no cropping — the page simply is the image.
Why is the PDF larger than the WebP?+
PDF cannot store WebP internally, so the image is re-encoded losslessly to PNG on the way in. WebP compresses far harder than PNG, so the file grows. No visual quality is lost in the process.
What happens to animated WebP?+
The first frame becomes the page. A PDF has no way to represent animation. Use WebP to GIF instead if the animation is what matters.
Are my files uploaded?+
No. The PDF is generated entirely in your browser on your device. Your image is never uploaded, stored, or logged.
