Runs in your browser — your files are never uploaded.
Convert any JPG or JPEG photo to a lossless PNG. PNG is the right choice when you need an image that survives further editing without generational quality loss, or when a tool only accepts PNG input. The whole conversion happens locally in your browser — your photo is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Will the PNG look better than the JPG?+
No — converting cannot restore detail the JPEG compression already discarded. But the PNG is lossless from here on, so further edits and re-saves won’t degrade it.
Why is the PNG bigger than my JPG?+
PNG compresses losslessly, which takes more space than JPEG’s lossy compression — often 5–10× more for photos. That’s the trade-off for pixel-perfect fidelity.
Does the PNG have transparency?+
JPEG can’t store transparency, so there is none to recover — the PNG will be fully opaque. To add transparency you’d need an image editor.
Are my files uploaded?+
No. The conversion runs entirely in your browser on your device. Your photo is never uploaded, stored, or logged.
